About Renewed Perspective
Renewed Perspective was founded by Jane Harper, a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and CORST Couples Counsellor and experienced CIPD Senior HR leader, to offer thoughtful, human support where emotional and workplace challenges intersect.
My work is shaped by over 17 years’ experience at Director level in HR, alongside professional counselling practice. This dual perspective allows me to understand both the emotional impact of stress, conflict, loss and change, and the organisational contexts in which many of these difficulties arise.
I work with individuals and couples seeking a confidential, reflective space to explore personal, relational or emotional concerns. My counselling approach is integrative, perceptive and relational, grounded in the belief that change happens through understanding, compassion and careful attention to what matters most to you.
Alongside this, I support organisations through workplace welfare counselling and HR consultancy, particularly in the care, education and public sector facing roles. I work with staff and leaders operating in emotionally demanding environments, providing support that is sensitive to individual wellbeing while addressing organisational needs.
Renewed Perspective is intentionally led and personally overseen by me. Where appropriate, and by agreement, I also work with a small network of trusted associate counsellors who are appropriately qualified, supervised and aligned with my values and approach. This ensures continuity, trust and high professional standards while allowing support to be scaled ethically.
Across all my work, I am known for being calm, thoughtful and balanced, offering support that is emotionally attuned, ethically sound and practically grounded.
Whether you are seeking personal counselling, workplace wellbeing support or HR guidance, my aim is to provide a space where complexity is held with care and clarity, and where people feel respected, understood and supported to move forward.
